Information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, the so-called “GDPR”)
I. Ownership and Data Types
Pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR, Local web based in Bolzano, at Piazza delle Erbe n. 47, as data controller (hereinafter referred to as “the Data Controller”), informs you that, through this form, it will proceed with the collection of personal data directly released by you.
The Data Controller has designated as its data protection officer (so-called data protection officer / DPO) pursuant to Article 37 of the GDPR, Mr. Orjon Nallbati domiciled for the purpose at the registered office and can be contacted at the following e-mail address orjon. nallbati@onlawoffice.com.
II. Purpose of use
Your personal data, as described above and provided by you, are collected and used for the following purposes connected and instrumental to the activity of Local Web and therefore:
- Allow the execution of the obligations covered by the contract, in particular, in relation to the reporting of disservices and the management of complaints from customers, by filling in the form;
- Allow the processing of contact requests and/or new services, sent by the user concerned by filling in the form.
For the purposes referred to in points II.1 and II.2 for the use of data, your consent is not required.
III. Instructions for use and conservation
Your data is used by electronic means and stored on electronic media or even by means of paper instruments.
IV. Scope of data circulation
In the area attributable to the same Owner
A. The data can be used by personnel of Local web or of third-party companies who have been assigned a specific role as data controller and who have been given adequate operating instructions.
Within the same corporate group for contractual or accounting purposes
B. In addition, the data may also be transmitted to other Group companies, to fulfill specific legal obligations or for contractual and accounting purposes, possibly also residing outside the European Union with relationships governed by specific model contractual clauses, as indicated by the Privacy guarantor.
V. Transfer of data abroad and dissemination
Given the international nature of Local web’s activities, your data may be transmitted abroad and processed by subjects, however falling within the categories mentioned in point IV. above, located in non-EU countries for the purposes described in point II above.
Transfer abroad without communication
Given the international nature of Local web’s activities, your data may be transmitted abroad and processed by subjects, in any case falling within the categories mentioned in point IV above, located in non-EU countries for the execution of instrumental activities ; in this case, these entities act as data processors and the activity is subject to specific guarantees for the protection of personal data through the adoption of model contractual clauses, as indicated by the Privacy Guarantor.

VI. Rights
In relation to the processing of your personal data, the Data Controller informs you that the retention period of the aforementioned data does not exceed the duration necessary to pursue the purposes for which the data are collected and subsequently processed, but no more than two months. During the treatment, you can exercise the following rights at any time:
- obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and, if so,
- know its content and origin,
- verify its accuracy request the rectification of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data or the updating of outdated data, or
- obtain the limitation of the treatment, where one of the hypotheses provided for by article 18 of the GDPR occurs;
- request the cancellation of data processed in violation of the law, or in the presence of one of the other conditions provided for by article 17, paragraph 1, lett. a), b), c), e) ed f) GDPR
- oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment, or to oppose the treatment in the other cases provided for by article 21, paragraphs 2 and 3 and 22 of the GDPR;
- to obtain the release of the personal data being processed in a format compatible with standard IT applications, to allow their transfer to other platforms of your choice, without impeding the direct transmission of the processed data to another Data Controller, where such direct transmission is technically feasible [d. right to data portability];
Requests relating to the exercise of the aforementioned rights should be addressed to the Data Controller:

In the event of failure or partial response by the Data Controller to the aforementioned requests, you will have the right to lodge a complaint or appeal to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data in the terms and according to the methods established by the applicable European and national legislation.
